Brutal. I take half days every year.

Everyone I work for, with or work for me understands this and doesn't bother me. Although, right now I'm waiting on a meeting with a vendor that basically begged to meet me today. Running on 8 minutes late. I may just tell him to meet me at the bar if he want's to talk.
